This Claim of lien is a Consensual Obligation on the part of the Lien Debtor(s), arising out commercial dispute formed between Lien Claimant and Lien Debtor(s). Said contract was initiated by Lien Debtor by claims asserted against Lien Claimant.
Lien Claimant responded to Lien Debtor by a conditional acceptance offer( a notice requesting validation of debt) and subsequently a notice of default (for non-response), then notice of bill (for counter claim, violations, time, and energy) and, lastly, final notice of bill, each proclaiming claims of Lien Debtor to be in error of commercial standards, and requiring a point-for-point rebuttal by Lien Debtor and proof of basis for his alleged cause of action against Lien Claimant within twenty-one (21) days but not exceeding (30) days. According to Law If time exceeds 30 days (reasonable amount of time) without response, Lien Debtor(s) must abate all action against Lien Claimant, in which failure to rebut in reasonable time would put Lien Debtor(s) in default. Lien Debtors; Defaulted.
The INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL CLAIM ab initio ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY (referred to as ICC) encompassing Subject affidavit sworn true, correct and complete was sent by Lien Claimant, Joseph Stanley Trotter IV© to Lien Debtor(s), North Texas Tollway Authority – NTTA, by United States Postal Service, Certified Mail# 7021 1970 0000 9657 5085 on 5/10/22 Lien Debtor received said Affidavit, on or about 5/13/22. Lien Debtor(s) failed to respond to The INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL CLAIM ab initio ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY - AFFIDAVIT/NOTICE, thereby admitting and acquiescing to the declarations by Lien Claimant, a Final Notice of Bill and Demand was sent to North Texas Tollway Authority - NTTA on 6/22/22 via United States Postal Service. Certified Mail# 7021 0350 0002 2657 6253 Such Notice referenced previous notices including Conditional One Time Settlement Offer. Lien Debtor received such notices and offers on or about 6/24/22. Lien Debtor(s) failed to respond. NOTICE OF FINAL DETERMINATION AND JUDGMENT IN NIHIL DECIT was sent by Lien Claimant to North Texas Tollway Authority - NTTA on 6/29/22 via United States Postal Service. Certified Mail# 7021 1970 0000 9657 5184.
In the absence of a response, when the Lien Debtor was given an opportunity to respond, the Lien Claimant Joseph Stanley Trotter IV© hereby inserts and records this Claim of Lien against Lien Debtor, North Texas Tollway Authority - NTTA jointly and severally in the total amount of $500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million and Zero Cents said moneys to be paid secured by the real and personal community property of Lien Debtor as follows:
ALL PROPERTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ALL BANK ACCOUNTS, SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES, RETIREMENT FUNDS, 801K'S, 401K'S, REAL ESTATE, STOCKS, BONDS, SECURITIES, CASH ON HAND, JEWELRY, HOUSES, LAND, MOTOR VEHICLES, AUTOMOBILES, MOTORHOMES, AIRCRAFT, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, GUNS, AMMUNITION, COIN COLLECTIONS, ALL COLLECTIBLE ITEMS, INSURANCE POLICIES, CREDIT CARDS, LINES OF CREDIT, YACHTS AND WATERCRAFT, FARM EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, HEAVY EQUIPMENT, IMPLEMENTS, BULK GRAINS AND FEEDS, TACKLE, HARNESSES, LIQUOR, CROPS, FARM ANIMALS, FARM SUPPLIES, BUILDING MATERIALS, BUISNESSES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT, COMPUTERS, OFFICE SUPPLIES, CORPORATE ASSETS, WATER RIGHTS, MINERAL RIGHTS, OIL AND GAS RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR ANYTHING OF VALUE AS NEEDED TO SATISFY THIS CLAIM.
